Ernst Stavro Blofeld is the fictional archenemy of the British Secret Service agent James Bond and is head of the global criminal organisation SPECTRE. He appeared in Activision's 2012 video game 007 Legends, with an original likeness modeled loosely on prior performers and voiced by Glenn Wrage. The character is a re-imagining of the literary and film character who first appeared in Ian Fleming's 1961 novel Thunderball and was subsequently adapted for EON Productions' 1965 James Bond film of the same name.
Ernst Stavro Blofeld is the highly secretive leader of a nameless criminal organization whose reach stretches to the far corners of the globe. To those within the group he is simply known as "Number One". Whilst operating out of western Europe during the game, he is known to have a number of secret retreats around the world. Blofeld is a man who has reinvented himself many times over during the last thirty years, both in appearance and background. Blofeld is extremely protective of his identity and has been reported to change his physical appearance on a regular basis. Any trace of his true origins are now long lost. He is noted as having a very high IQ and views himself as mentally superior to all who come before him. These traits combine to give him an aloof and dismissive demeanor.
