Captain Forsyth is a commanding officer in the British Royal Navy. A minor ally, the character briefly appeared in the 1977 James Bond film, The Spy Who Loved Me, and was portrayed by British actor Jeremy Wilkin.

James Bond is briefly introduced to Captain Forsyth when he meets with M and other British Navy officials to learn about the submarine tracking system.
Trivia[]
- Whilst playing the double-agent Kellman in the Doctor Who episode Revenge of the Cybermen, actor Jeremy Wilkin handled the hairbrush transmitter prop from Live and Let Die, which had been donated to the BBC's prop department by Roger Moore himself during a visit in 1973.[1]
