Caroline Bliss is an English actress who trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She is a granddaughter of composer Sir Arthur Bliss.
She played M's secretary, Miss Moneypenny, replacing Lois Maxwell in the James Bond films of the Timothy Dalton era, the films The Living Daylights and Licence to Kill. Despite her brief appearances, Bliss became the first British actress to play Moneypenny in a Bond film made by EON Productions. She was succeeded by Samantha Bond in 1995 who is a childhood friend of Bliss'.
