- "To be used sparingly, it's the latest in plastic explosive."
- ― Q to James Bond
An explosive weapon disguised as toothpaste.
History[]
While Q was showing James Bond his equipment that he would be using, he handed him the Dentonite Toothpaste, informing him that it was to be used sparingly and that it was the latest in plastic explosives.
Bond would go on to use the toothpaste during an assassination attempt on Franz Sanchez, as he snuck onto the outside of Sanchez's office window, and quietly laid out the toothpaste on the bulletproof glass, before using the Cigarette Packet Detonator to use to set off the toothpaste. Taking his position on the opposite building, Bond used the Signature Rifle to line up his shot at Sanchez, as he detonated the Dentonite Toothpaste, causing Sanchez and Colonel Heller to drop to the ground. However, before Bond could shoot Sanchez, he was attacked by Loti and another ninja, who knocked him out and ruined his assassination attempt.
