The Harpoon Flashlight was a fictional, wearable grappling device disguised as a silver flashlight. When activated, the device fired a metal harpoon (with trailing cord) into solid surfaces. Created by Horace "I.Q." Boothroyd III, it was used by James Bond Jr. to bare-foot ski behind a submarine in Venice, Italy. The item appeared in episode 36 ("Leonardo da Vinci's Vault") of the 1991 spin-off animated television series, James Bond Jr..
