Horace "I.Q." Boothroyd III was a fictional student of Warfield Academy. Voiced by American actor, Jeff Bennett, the recurring character appeared in every episode of the 1991 spin-off animated television series, James Bond Jr., and was subsequently adapted for its accompanying novelizations and Marvel comic-book series.
