Isla de Los Organos is a fictional island in the province of Pinar del Río, western Cuba. It derives its name from the nearby Sierra de los Órganos mountain range.[1] The island is heavily fortified and is home to the equally fictitious DNA replacement therapy clinic, La Clinica Alvarez (The Alvarez Clinic). It appears in the 2002 James Bond film Die Another Day and its accompanying novelization.
