The Jaguar XJR is the sports limousine from Jaguar's XJ family, belonging to the X350 generation. It is closely related to the Jaguar XJ8, and the Jaguar XJ of this generation in general.
History
In the movie Casino Royale, it is owned by Le Chiffre, who uses it to kidnap Vesper Lynd in front of Hotel Splendide. After the short car chase with Bond's Aston Martin DBS V12, which leaves 007's car totally destroyed, Le Chiffre, Kratt and Valenka drag Bond and Vesper onto the back seat of the XJR, and take them to an old barge.
