John Huston was an American film director, screenwriter and actor. He is best-known for directing classic fims such as The Maltese Falcon (1941) and The African Queen (1951). He co-directed the 1967 non-Eon James Bond spoof Casino Royale and appeared as the character Lord McTarry/M. Additionally, Huston directed Sean Connery in The Man Who Would Be King, and co-starred with Roger Moore and Patrick Macnee in Sherlock Holmes in New York.
