Julius W. Harris (1923-2004) is an American voice actor, most famous for playing Tee Hee in Live and Let Die, a 1973 film.

Born in Philadelphia in 1923, Harris moved to England in 1973. At 50, he got the role Tee Hee, a man with literal hands of steel. His character was killed off when James Bond tore out his arm and off and shoved him out of a window.

Harris had a stunt double who actually died falling from the great height.

After marrying, having one son, and moving to California in 2004, Harris died from heart failure at the age of 81. He was cremated in Philadelphia, and his ashes were interred.
