Kenneth Graham Hughes (19 January 1922 – 28 April 2001) was an English film director who co-directed the 1967 non-Eon James Bond spoof Casino Royale. He was responsible for directing the Berlin scenes which feature Mata Bond, Polo, Frau Hoffner etc, which are a parody of German Expressionism.
He was the co-writer and director of the children's film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968) based on a non-Bond Ian Fleming book. He has been called "a filmmaker whose output was consistently interesting and entertaining, and deserved more critical attention than it has received."
