The Lizartron was a animatronic lizard robot. The enormous, fire-breathing machine was developed by Mega Bucks Studios for their eponymous Lizartron film and appeared in episode 8 ("Location: Danger") of the 1991-92 animated television series, James Bond Jr..

An enormous green animatronic lizard, the Lizartron was the star of a monster movie, in which it was presumably depicted attacking major cities. The machine was autonomous and highly mobile, capable of grabbing and lifting objects with its claws and tail. Inside its mouth was a potentially lethal pyrotechnic effect, which shot jets of flame over more than 30 feet. Agents of S.C.U.M. fled into the Lizartron set, after kidnapping world-renowned computer scientist, Professor Braintrust. To evade James Bond Jr., they made use of the Professor's skills to reprogram the Lizartron animatronic into a weapon. I.Q. renders the machine harmless through the use of a miniature computer hidden in Bond's Warfield Class Pin.
