The Magnetic Sneakers were fictional modified sneakers equipped with powerful electro-magnets in each sole. The green and grey shoes were triggered by clicking the heels. Created by Horace "I.Q." Boothroyd III, they were used by James Bond Jr. to escape from a paint-mixing machine in Venice, Italy. The items appeared in episode 36 ("Leonardo da Vinci's Vault") of the 1991 spin-off animated television series, James Bond Jr..
