Manning Redwood (February 16, 1929 – July 9, 2006) was an American actor.


Redwood was born on February 16, 1929, in New York.

Redwood played in the movies The Shining, Outland - Planet of the Damned, Shock Treatment, Never Say Never Again, and In The Face Of Death with. Following In The Face Of Death, Redwood had no notable roles any more. Redwood resembled the actor Tony Sibbald.

However, he was most notable for playing Bob Conley in A View to a Kill, a 1985 film.


Manning Redwood died on July 9, 2006, in Surrey, England, from an acute myocardial infarction, a heart attack. He was 77.


He is remembered by the world from his signature bad guy type of character, especially in the two bond films of the 80's, Never Say Never Again (1983) and A View to a Kill (1985).
