Maximillion Cortex is a master criminal and thief. Voiced by American actor, Jan Rabson, the recurring antagonist first appeared in episode 18 ("Lamp of Darkness") of the 1991 spin-off animated television series, James Bond Jr, and was subsequently adapted for the Super NES variant of the tie-in video game.
