Miss Moneypenny is the secretary of M, the head of the Secret Intelligence Service. The character appears in the 1983 non-Eon James Bond film Never Say Never Again, portrayed by actress Pamela Salem. She is a re-imagining of the literary and film character, who first appeared in Ian Fleming's 1953 novel Casino Royale and was subsequently adapted for EON Productions' series of James Bond films.

Salem was the second of two actresses to play the role in the unofficial Bond films; she portrayed Moneypenny in 1983's Never Say Never Again, the first being Barbara Bouchet in Casino Royale. She is the only actress to play the role alongside Sean Connery, other than the original Moneypenny, Lois Maxwell.
