Ocean Exotica is a marine research company which operates from a warehouse in Key West, Florida. It is owned by Milton Krest, an associate of Latin American drug lord Franz Sanchez. Supposedly engaged in a project to feed the Third World via genetic research, the business is actually a front for drug smuggling and other illicit operations.
