Ocean Exotica warehouse exterior shot, as seen in Licence to Kill
The Ocean Exotica warehouse is a fictional warehouse in Key West, Florida, operated and owned by Milton Krest's marine research company, Ocean Exotica. The location was featured in EON Productions' 1989 James Bond film Licence to Kill, where it ostensibly housed a research project to feed the Third World via genetic research, however it was actually a front for the Sanchez Cartel's drug smuggling and other illicit operations.
