- "I got to really play with these characters, and I love Bond, I've always loved Bond, and partically Daniel's, so, it still feels very surreal for me."
- ― Phoebe Waller-Bridge
Phoebe Mary Waller-Bridge (born July 14, 1985) is an English actress, writer, comedian and television producer. She is one of the writers of No Time to Die.
Bond Involvement[]
Waller-Bridge was brought onto the writing team for No Time to Die, following the recommendation of Daniel Craig, who is a fan of Waller-Bridge's work on Fleabag and Killing Eve. It was commented by producer Michael G. Wilson that Waller-Bridge helped to shape much of the plot around No Time to Die. "She gave us an interesting point-of-view for several of the characters." Wilson said. "It's unfair to think of her as a female writer... She contributed to the whole plot of the film."
When asked about her own contirbutions to the film, Waller-Bridge has stated "[I was asked to do] dialogue polishes and to offer things really. It’s about just offering different alternatives. They did give me some scenes and then be like, can you write some alternatives for this or have another idea about where it could go in the middle or how it would end and then I would just give them options and various scenes and then they would take what they want."
