Unnamed, the character was a enforcer serving under the orders of terrorist, Renard. A minor antagonist portrayed by British actor and stuntman, Derek Lea, he appeared briefly in the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough.
Biography[]
In 1999[1], onboard of the Victor-III class submarine, Renard orders this man to manoeuver the submarine to 100 feet, James Bond observes this. When the henchman is at the controls, Bond grabs him, smashes his head against the control console, and drags him through the room, pushing him towards the other henchmen, while holding them all at gunpoint.
Later, when the sub gets vertical, this henchman loses grip and falls right onto the 'accelerator', making the boat crash into the seabed at a higher speed. It is not known how exactly this man dies, but he does not make it out of the submarine alive.
