Unnamed, the character was a enforcer serving under the orders of terrorist, Renard. A minor antagonist portrayed by an unknown performer, he appeared briefly in the 1999 James Bond film, The World Is Not Enough.
Biography[]
This henchman enters the room onboard of the Victor-III class submarine, where James Bond holds all other henchmen at gunpoint. 007 overwhelms him and uses him as a human shield. Renard arrives and kills his henchman with several shots from his SIG-Sauer P228.
