Unnamed, the character was a fictional enforcer serving under the orders of terrorist, Renard. A minor antagonist portrayed by an unidentified performer, he appeared briefly in the 1999 James Bond film, The World Is Not Enough.
Biography[]
In 1999[1], working in the control room of the Victor-III class submarine, this henchman is forced to get up when James Bond holds him and his fellow henchmen at gunpoint. When Bond is distracted by using the submarine controls himself, this henchman intends to draw his pistol from his belt holster, unprofessional located under his open jacket. Bond reacts and shoots the henchman before he could aim his pistol.
