Rory Kinnear is a British actor. He portrayed Bill Tanner in the Bond films Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012), Spectre (2015) and No Time To Die (2020). He also read an audiobook of Live and Let Die in 2012, and With a Mind to Kill in 2022. He is a prolific actor, having appeared on television and in film since 1983; some of his most famous roles include voicing William Swift in the Ghosts of Albion franchise, playing the part of Denis Thatcher in 2008's The Long Walk to Finchley and of the infamous murderer Richard John Bingham, 7th Earl of Lucan, in 2013.
He co-starred in the TV series Penny Dreadful (2014-16) created by and written by John Logan and produced by Logan and Sam Mendes and also starred Eva Green, Timothy Dalton, and the late Helen McCrory. He also appears in another series in the franchise, City of Angels.
