Kamp is a fictional Soviet atomic munitions expert and associate of rogue Soviet General, Orlov. The character appeared in the 1983 James Bond film Octopussy and was portrayed by Irish actor Dermot Crowley.
Biography
Kamp gave the nuclear bomb to Gobinda and Mischka. It is a 100-kiloton yield bomb which is better than the American medium-yield bomb. He gave the detonator too and explain how to switch on the bomb.
