Shrublands Health Farm.

Shrublands is a fictional health farm near Washington in Sussex run by Joshua Wain which first appears in Ian Fleming's 1961 James Bond novel, Thunderball. The location was subsequently featured in the book's 1965 cinematic adaptation and the unofficial 1983 film, Never Say Never Again. A very different version of Shrublands, this time situated in Madagascar, also appeared in the 2015 mobile video-game, James Bond: World of Espionage .

The visit to the health clinic was inspired by Ian Fleming's own 1955 trip to Enton Hall, a health farm near Godalming, Surrey, England.[1] The name Shrublands was suggested to Fleming by a friend Peter Quennell, who was an author, poet, historian and editor. Quennell's parents house was of the same name.[2]
