A machine gun turret disguised as a sleeping man. When activated the two halves of the man's "body" snap apart to reveal a turret inside.

As Q was showing James Bond around their temporary base inside a Brazilian monastery, they passed a man who appeared to be asleep, with his hat down over his face. However, this was actually a hidden turret machine gun, as the model of a man split apart, and the turret began firing at a target, while Q and Bond walked past without stopping.
