Benson's semi-canonical novelization identifies "0012" as the agent killed for the classified report. No name mentioned. As for the name Sam Johnston, I really have no idea where it came from. I haven't played the games in a looong time, perhaps someone could trawl through a Let's Play on YouTube. AndyTGD (talk) 13:33, October 3, 2019 (UTC)
