The Vietnamese Villager was a fictional unnamed fisherman who appeared briefly in the 1997 James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies. He was portrayed by British-born actor Ian Boo Khoo.
Biography[]
The fisherman owns a trawler and was most probably paid by Wai Lin to take her to the location of the HMS Devonshire wreck. While Wai Lin is diving into the warship wreckage, Carver's men arrive by helicopter and seize control of the trawler. When Wai Lin resurfaces together with Bond (whom she encountered in the Devonshire wreck), Stamper kills him by firing a spear gun through his back. The corpse is pushed into the water by another henchman.
