Warner Bros. is an American film distribution company who distributed the unofficial Bond film, Never Say Never Again until rights were aquired by MGM in 1997. In the late 1990's Warner Bros. along with Sony supported Kevin McClory's action making a rival Bond Series by also taking the rights to the Casino Royale Novel, but this action didn't go through as MGM and Danjaq were given most of the 007 film rights that were taken away from McClory.
