Wayne Michaels is a British actor and stunt performer.
He has appeared in several Bond films, beginning with background stunt roles in For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, Never Say Never Again and A View to a Kill. During the Brosnan era, Michaels appeared GoldenEye as French captain Bernard Jaubert, as well as doubling for star Pierce Brosnan in Tomorrow Never Dies. He also performed the famous bungee stunt at the opening of the former film.
Apart from his roles in the Bond franchise, Michaels also appeared in Hot Fuzz (co-starring Timothy Dalton) and Brazil (alongside Jonathan Pryce). Other stuntwork includes appearances in multiple Indiana Jones films. He is also married to fellow stunt performer Tracey Eddon, who worked in the James Bond parody franchise Johnny English and who did stuntwork with Michaels for 1989's Batman.
