Yuri Borienko (born Jan Boleslaw Kadlubowski, 27 October 1933 – 10 February 1999) was a Polish wrestler, stunt coordinator and actor known for playing Grunther, a henchman of the antagonist Ernst Stavro Blofeld, in the 1969 James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service with George Lazenby, Telly Savalas and Diana Rigg.
Borienko was a stunt coordinater for On Her Majesty's Secret Service and helped stage a fight with George Lazenby during the latter's audition for the part of James Bond. However, Lazenby accidentally punched Borienko in the nose while fighting, breaking it. This landed Lazenby his desired role and Borienko was given the part of Grunther as compensation.
