Zukovsky's Casino Dealer was a fictional unnamed man who appeared briefly in the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough (film). He was portrayed by British magician Peter Mehtab.
Biography[]
This man, working at Le Casino L'Or Noir in Baku is present at the Salon Privée, where Elektra King and casino owner Valentin Zukovsky play a simple, but high stakes card game: Whoever draws the highest card wins a million dollars.
In order to protect Elektra, Bond tells the casino dealer to remove the first three card from the deck. The dealer looks at Valentin Zukovsky, who allows it.

The casino dealer was played by Peter Mehtab, a magician, specialising in card tricks. Mehtab has already performed in front of members of the British royal family, or at private venues of international celebrities such as Tom Cruise and Bruce Willis.
